Shipping policy

All orders are created after order submission unless the item purchased is listed as a Pre-Order. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. 

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Orders will begin shipping on the date mentioned on the product page. Any Items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped when the pre-order items are shipped. If you would like the non pre-order items shipped sooner, those items must be purchased separately. If you combine the orders in error, please contact us at lashawncreates@gmail.com for help with your order. 

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Digital Files are not physical products and no physical item will be shipped.
• This template is for PERSONAL NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
• Cannot be resold, redistributed or shared as is, in any form edited or otherwise
• There are no refunds or exchanges on digital products due to the nature of the product (Instant digital download)

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
